  We are so happy for the new owners. The menu was great and diverse from burgers to fish . We had the specials and soups .... all home made .
  Local fish and support of local fish markets is great .
  The staff are friendly and very welcoming.

  We were a little nervous because the place was so empty.  After playing at buckroe beach all day, we wanted some seafood that was better than just plain fried.  We tried the crab dip appetizer which was very good, the buckroe shrimp appetizer, which was incredible! BUT we made the shrimp into a taco and added lime creama and it was outstanding! The Mac and cheese was even better than most people's.  We enjoyed everything we tried and really hope this place gets more business! It is better than your average food.  The habanero mango sauce is special and worth coming for! My son got the classic fish and chips and really liked it.  The cod was fresh in it and in the tacos(that my mother tried) and was cooked well.  It wasn t overly greasy.  The tiki tacos were good and fresh, just add the lime crema for more flavor.  The prices were between 9.50-$16 for our meals.

  Spent a day at the beach and Hampton and stumbled across this restaurant. Overall the experience was pretty good. The food was delicious and fresh and the service was alright. They apparently recently changed the menu and our waitress was not at all knowledgeable about the change. It was pretty affordable and the restaurant environment was very beachy and cute.

  Tried the new Coaster this weekend with my girlfriend on Saturday night. The place looks great inside. Service was very good, we had a very nice waitress and our food came out fast. As for the negative, my girlfriend ordered her tuna rare and it did not come that way. Wasn't offered a redo or anything. The nachos were pretty good though.

  Went early evening on a Friday. Minimal parking. Atmosphere was casual. The seats in dining area near the bar has no backs and were very hard and uncomfortable. Nowhere to put my purse so had to hold it the entire visit making it difficult to eat a meal that required both hands (I recommend putting hooks on the tables). The food was average and the mixed tropical drink was weak so not worth the price. We will likely try it one more time.
